Yes, each and every product is made by our team with the help of our sewing machine!

As of right now, customers need to go through Etsy when purchasing from SoSimplyShe. Our website will guide you there through links to our Etsy page.

Unfortunately, we only ship to the United States as of now, but eventually we are hoping to extend to other countries.

Shipping is determined based off of where you live in the US and how much you order.

Our team at SoSimplyShe works hard to make sure our products look and work the best they can. Although, scrunchies are made of fabric and elastic so they can break or rip if not treated carefully. If you would like a new scrunchie, you may DM or email us a picture of the damaged product and we will send you a new one for free. Shipping will be covered only if it has been less then a year from the date you purchased it. If you have had your scrunchie for greater than a year we ask that you pay for shipping and the price of the scrunchie will be covered by us! Unfortunately we can not guarantee that the same fabric scrunchie will be available for us to send but we can give you a few options to pick from. :)

First we would like to apologize if you are unhappy or unsatisfied by your order. Since scrunchies are hair products, we do not accept exchanges or returns. We do not want to sell used scrunchies from our shop therefore have a no return policy.
